Jarvis Assistant is a private tool run by IndustryGrid for a single user, its owner (the Google account juanindustrygrid@gmail.com). It is not offered to the public and no other person is expected to sign in.
With the owner's explicit consent, the app requests two read-only Google permissions:
The app cannot send, delete, modify or label email, and cannot create or change calendar events.
Once a day the app builds a short briefing from that data. To write the summary, the selected text is sent to the Anthropic API (the Claude model), which returns a summary. The briefing is delivered to the owner through a private Telegram bot and a copy is kept on the owner's own server for 14 days, then deleted.
The Google authorization token is stored only on the owner's private server, in a file readable only by the service account that runs the app. Credentials are not shared with any other system.
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. The only third parties that receive the selected text are Anthropic (to generate the summary) and Telegram (to deliver the briefing to the owner), solely to provide this feature. Anthropic's and Telegram's own terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.
The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can delete the stored token and briefings from the server.
